MDRs on Sun and Pool music

Which MDR do you prefer on the Sun, Four Seasons or Seven Seas? Also, how is the music around pool area?  When we were on the Escape it was ear-splitting loud and all techno.  Thank you for any input!

I know I ate in both but honestly couldn't tell you the difference! I think we ended up in the aft one the most often. 

 

The music wasn't crazily loud on the pool deck, and I don't recall it being techno heavy.

The pool music is half upbeat dance music and half band with lots of reggae. It was a tad loud and I am one that likes the music ...

Thank you tallnthensome.  I like loud also but on the Escape it was just too loud.

Forgot the names but the aft MDR was much nicer because it had windows.  The other MDR is all inside.

 

We were on a South American cruise and the pool deck music was mostly latin with some pop and reggae thrown in.

We enjoyed the seven seas (aft) dining room.  The band playing by the pool was primarily reggae.  The DJ varied and I didn’t find it overwhelming or offensive.  I do have a wide range of musical tolerance so my opinion might not match your expectations.

The food is mediocre at best. Haven’t tried the specialty dining, but MDR on Sun is worst I’ve ever had on a cruise.
