18 yo Latitudes Rewards

Hello,

My daughter (and I) have been on 3 cruises and have our 4th coming up. She just turned 18.  How do I add in the past 3 cruises so she receives Latitudes rewards , am I able to?  And is there a way to change her listing on NCL.com from "child" to "adult"?

What are the requirements for enrolling into Latitudes Rewards?

There are no requirements; you will be automatically enrolled into the Latitudes Rewards Program. You must be over 18 years of age, have completed an eligible sailing with Norwegian Cruise Line. Cruises taken as a minor will be credited to the guest on their first cruise taken after they turn 18 years of age.

Thank you - I guess after the next cruise since she is 18, all previous cruises will be added.

unfortunately this doesn't always work. still fighting to add a missing cruise for my 21 year old.

Keep track of your cruises with your daughter.

You can pull up your cruise history:

Log In to NCL -

Click on MYNCL -

Drop Menu - Latitude Rewards -

Look for Cruise History -

Check it now for corrections and PRINT -

When daughter turns 18 make sure NCL records the correct points (should be same as your account)

 

I don't know why NCL doesn't just record the points from the get-go ?

In the meantime keep track of those points and cruises - at Platinum they are worth a token bottle of bubbly

and a dinner somewhere on the ship.
