Why is it being charged?

If you are under 21, and cannot consume alcohol, you can't get the beverage package, but can get the soda package. If that's the case, then why is the full $138.60 gratuity being charged for the passenger who won't receive the beverage package?

Call NCL or your TA and they will change the gratuity.

It usually changes when the age/DOB of the guest is entered. If it doesn't change, call NCL and it will get corrected.
