Spa Pass ?

Depending on the ship, the Dream class with the Thalassotherapy pool do sell day passes for approximately $40 pp.  They are limited though so I would go to the spa on first day and get yours.  A weekly pass can be purchased for $179 for single person or $229 a pair for the week.  I always book a Cloud 9 cabin so my pricing may be out of date now.

is the spa pass worth it for a week?

You have to decide for yourself if you want daily access to the Thalassotherapy Pool and the rest of the thermal suite.  I like the loungers in the warm room but the other rooms are too hot for me but I still get the pass if I don't have a spa cabin, but only on the Dream class ships :)
