Any recommendations, etc. on these Nassau excursion destinations?

Looking at three different RCCL excursions for Nassau:  

 

1) visits the "Marine Life Magic" at Atlantis.

 

2) goes to the Rum Cake Factory, Queen's staircase (seems to be a recommended place), Watling Distillery, Fort Charlotte, the fish fry at Junkanoo Beach, and then ends at the Straw Market.

 

3) starts with a catamaran cruise that leaves from Paradise Island Harbor, then a land portion that includes the Straw Market, Governor's Mansion, and Gregory's Arch - then a "quick stop" at Fort Fincastle and the Queen's Staircase, then ending at Atlantis for some shopping. 

 

Any suggestions for either of these??

For #3 the land portion are sites that are easy walking distance from the port.  Unless you want to shop at Atlantis you can do the rest on your own.

You can very easily do all of this on your own (maybe with the exception of the boat?).
