How do you do a courtesey hold on celebrity cruise?

I clicked on the link for courtesy hold it brings me to a page to plan cruise and last page it ask for payment but it never asks for hold option

Go through to the payment page and click on the X in CelebrityXCruises at the top of the page and you get option for hold or exit. No intuitive at all.

As a side note, if you want to hold several bookings for a day while you make up your mind, the X website will stop offering the Courtesy Hold option once you have 4 or so on hold. But if you use an incognito window while not logged in, you can get around the limit temporarily.

What is the date of your cruise?  If you are close to the date of the cruise Celebrity doesn't offer the option of a Courtesy Hold.
