Help needed please. Want to start a roll call???

Hi guys.

Going to alaska for our first trip ( bucket list ). 

I want to start a volendam roll call as to meet people and try to organise a couple of smallish group tours. 

Having a hard time working out how to start a roll call for our cruise.

Can anyone please explain in easy steps

Check the existing roll calls.  You probably will find a roll call already setup.  You can join in.
