Sitting here reading your post - from Sioux City, Iowa! Actually, I was born here and have not escaped except to live in Storm Lake and now LeMars. Have worked in Sioux City the last 9 years.

Born and raised in St. Charles Illinois. Lived one year in Lake Orion Michigan. Dad was transfered back to St. Charles back in 94 and have lived there since. Unfortunately, since the area is so very pricey, my DH and I have settled in a small community 20 miles west of St. Charles called Sycamore and now I wouldn't trade it for the world. Funny how that stuff works!

I live in SW Ontario half way between Detroit and Toronto. Spring, summer and fall, I play here in Ontario, usually on a golf course. Winter - anywhere where the ground's not frozen. [img]http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif[/img]

Luckily we have daughters living on Vancouver Island and in Weston Florida, so I get to spend quite a bit of time there too. Now all I need is for one of the others to move to Arizona.

We live & work near Orlando, Florida. With our Disney World and Sea World annual passes, we also play here a lot! We vacation in Maine a couple times each year (during warm weather only), primarily to see family. But our real "play" time is our cruises - we've done only the Caribbean and Bahamas so far, but will enjoy our 12 day Hawaiian cruise beginning Friday!

We play in New York, many places along the Eastern Seaboard and The Outer Banks.

HI...we are Canadaians living in Seoul, Korea. We have been enjoying the expat life for 6 years...England, India and now Korea, and that has allowed us to do some wonderful cruises all around the world!

bencruzN: We live in Clinton. We are 1 hr from Raleigh, 45 min. from Fayetteville and 1 hr from Wilmington. I think I'm a rare breed (33 YO Barry Manilow fan). Hubby isn't a fan either, but said if I wanted to go he would suffer and take me, lol. He wants to go to Las Vegas, thats the only reason he offered ( he loves Atlantic City). Now we have to weigh our options - Las Vegas or one more cruise this year. I think the cruise will win!

We live and work in SUFFOLK VA . We do alot of camping with our 2 sons in the summer. Usually at state parks or head to the beautiful mountians of VA.

We are from NW Indiana going on our first cruise. Went to Ocho Rios, Jamaica for a week recently. That is the extent of my exotic vacations, unless you count Disney in Florida!

Raised on the south shore of Massachusetts and now live in the great state of Maine, eight miles south of Augusta, the state capital. Work in education and live for the summers where my boys and I travel the country trying out all the new roller coasters! This year, however, we are taking our first cruise on The Legend in December. Any and all advice is appreciated. My dearest friend now lives in Las Vegas and I will be venturing there during February 2005 vacation!

Been in Deltona, Florida for almost 20 years. We play anywhere that's a bargain. Love Las Vegas. Try to get there every few years. (Flamingo is our favorite place to stay)
Love Daytona racetrack and love to cruise! Going to Panama Canal in November.
By the way, Catrin, if you read this, where in R.I. do you live? We are both from Newport and lived mostly in Portsmouth. I miss R.I. and go there as often as I can.

Born in Belleville, IL (Scott Air Force Base). Moved around alot as a child but have been in the Memphis, TN area for about 35 years. We love to go camping - mostly in Arkansas. Beautiful lakes and rivers there. First cruise is scheduled for August and can't wait ! :)

We live in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Born here, raised in Toronto and moved back here four years ago. We are hoping that someday Halifax will become an embarktion port. We are going on our first cruise in November -- can't wait.

Born in Brooklyn, New York; work as a graphic designer in Manhattan. I lived in Athens, GA in the mid 70's for three years. I fish and bowl in Brooklyn, I am an avid fisherman. Worked on the fishing boats in Sheepshead Bay as a kid.

We live,work and play in South Lake Tahoe, CA (nothing like living in a tourist destination to hate Friday traffic in a small town)....although the Mexican Riviera via the Pride (or any ship on that itinerary) is my second favorite!

We live and work in Bartlesville Oklahoma, I work in Advertising and DH is a Police Officer. We love to play anywhere there is water, snorkling, riding our Seadoos and wakeboarding. Wished we lived where it is warm all year round so we could play in the water all year long! We spend alot of time at the area lakes in Oklahoma and Arkansas camping through out the Spring, Summer into early Fall. We wish we were full time cruisers, at least we have been able to get one a year in for the last couple of years and hope we can for each year coming up.
