Shore Excursions

We are going on the Symphony of the Seas in June.  We will have 4 teenagers.  What shore excursions should I check out that they will enjoy as well as us parents?  We are going to St Maarten, St Thomas and Coco Cay...

What kinds of things do all of you enjoy doing?  Beach?  Shopping?  Adventurous activities?  History?

Catamaran trips are always nice, many do snorkeling.  Last time in St. Thomas we took the RCCL catamaran excursion that went to Honeymoon Beach on St John - very nice day.
