There is a redemption process but you fill out all the fields and then there is no notation that you completed process, an e-mail confirmation - nada! I called RCCL Ltd and they gave me an e-mail that my computer tells me doesn't exist: compcruisesrccl.com. I called back and now can't get a hold of anyone Grrrr... Anyone have the correct e-mail?
