Yep, several times.  HAL routinely does it on their annual Voyage of the Vikings cruise (usually in August) and there are other lines (Oceania comes to mind) that pair those countries.   One thing to keep in mind regarding both those countries is that they are quite expensive when you are ashore.

Sure.

Most recently (August/September, 2019), did 30 days - Southampton to NYC incl Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Iceland, Greenland et al.

YES THEY ARE! I remember in Iceland that we shared an entree and the cheapest bottle of wine on the menu and it was US$100. But they raise lamb and it was glorious 🙂

We sure hear you :).  Norway can also be very interesting.  Even TGI Fridays in Oslo can cost over $30 for a basic burger.  And we once looked at the menu of a typical neighborhood pizza joint where a large pizza (about 16 inch) plus a carafe of the cheapest wine was over $50!  And that was without extra toppings.

And I hear you too 🙂 We sailed on Hurtigruten in March.  RT on the Norwegian coast. But I tell ya, Norway and other Scandanavian  countries are setting the food world on fire. Here's a great NYT article about one https://www.nytimes.com/2017/07/18/dining/norway-food-neo-fjordic-chef-christopher-haatuft.html We ate there and loved it. He joined us at the end which made it even more special.

We are booked on HAL's Viking Passage from Copenhagen to Boston, 19-days on the Zuiderdam, August 19-Sept 7, 2020. Two ports in Norway, three for Iceland, two near the southern tip of Greenland, and three in Maritime Canada.

 

So, no, not yet! But Holland America's Vista class (Zuiderdam, Westerdam, Noordam, Oosterdam) is our favorite so far. We adore Copenhagen, and will rent a camper near Boston and drive over to upstate NY to visit my family. We're able to do this as DH just retired, after 34.5 years of putting money away, now we have the time to use it!

 

If you don't mind a smaller ship, the Veendam does 21-day Spitsbergen & Iceland, June 20-July 11, 2020 visiting 3 ports Norway, 5 days Svalbard (the farthest north you're apt to ever go) (including 2 or 3 that are "just" scenic cruising), 3 Iceland, 3 Scotland. R/T Amsterdam.
