Did you start with the Classic package or the Premium package? Thank you! I used our on-board credit ahead of time to upgrade via the cruise planner. We started with the classic package as a perk. We were going to get premium drinks anyway, and the Drinks & More was only $90 more than premium but came with $100 casino credit so it seemed like a no-brainer for us. Having access to the mini-bar Evian water was actually pretty nice as we were a bit far from the bars/restaurants.
tonyd285 Posted January 15, 2020 Author #27 Share Posted January 15, 2020 Concerning cabins 9040 and 9042, the window washing equipment is just below and between the two and although unsightly, not a problem with the view from the balcony. As I mentioned previously, the cabins on deck 9 are below the pool area and can be somewhat noisy, especially in the early morning when they move furniture and deliver towels. It was not too bad and didn't interfere with our sleep. I'm an early riser and my spouse slept through the occasional rumble from above.

I too am an early riser so I don’t anticipate an issue with noise. Hoping I am right!!! I didn’t realize there was washing equipment between the two. I wish they let you know this before booking but at least it doesn’t obstruct the view. Thank you again.
sjb317 Posted January 15, 2020 #29 Share Posted January 15, 2020 We did the 4 night cruise on Infinity the week of Thanksgiving. Never have I seen so many kids on a Celebrity ship, we were told there were 450+. Pool deck was a wild and crazy place.😂 Very difficult to find a chair there or in the Solarium. Are the shorter cruises on Celebrity always like this or was it just related to the holiday? Sherri🙂

It’s what I would have expected if we had been on a Royal ship😂. I felt sorry for all of the kids on Infinity as there doesn’t seem much for them to do. Just the pools and hot tubs, I heard one parent complaining at guest services that the kids club was overwhelmed. When Infinity first debuted, she had a larger Fun Factory area than she does today. It was located at the back of the ship and included indoor and outdoor areas. She had less cabins back then, too. I don't know if that would have been enough to alleviate what you saw, but it would have helped.

Bring a sound machine for added protection!! 😂 Very glad to hear that as well. I think we're on the same cruise as you are, we should try and meet up at the Martini Bar, we're from Milford, MA!!!

The non holiday shorter cruises can sometimes be party cruises..even on X!
Dunmore2 Posted February 29, 2020 #36 Share Posted February 29, 2020 (edited) Specifically on the Infinity, were you given the option of the main dining room menu while eating in Blu? Edited February 29, 2020 by Dunmore2
