skiladyldp Posted January 11, 2020 #1 Share Posted January 11, 2020 My travel agent just booked Memphis to New Orleans for us in April 2021 on the American Queen. On the American Queen website there is a place to register an account. Is that for travel agents or do I set up an account. I'm familiar with ocean and river cruise website and you usually setup an account to book excursions or other things.
ericosmith Posted January 11, 2020 #2 Share Posted January 11, 2020 I'm not sure where you found that but I never had to set up an account. I did the guest information form and booked shore excursions but neither required a log in. 1

Calliope Posted January 21, 2020 #5 Share Posted January 21, 2020 (edited) But do be clear that you do have to provide to the company before the tickets are issued the information required by Homeland Security such as birth place, home address, type of ID that you will be using, etc. You can call the information in if that is more convenient or use the form that you mentioned. mimii Posted January 24, 2020 #6 Share Posted January 24, 2020 Thank you for this question. I added my info today on the website and was ALSO very confused as to whether the account was for me or for travel agents. I've always created one on all my cruises, but this one had some odd questions. I decided to call the company another day to ask, but now I have the answer. How very kind of all of you! DaveinCharlotte Posted January 27, 2020 #7 Share Posted January 27, 2020 On the upper right of the AQSC main page, there are two live links, LOGIN and REGISTER. Above these links it says TRAVEL AGENTS. Hence, the only accounts you can access here are travel agent accounts.
