Casino certificate - how do I use it

Just come back from my first RC cruise, I gambled enough to get given a certificate for a junior suite from the casino.  There are loads of cruises printed on the back, but, someone mentioned you can receive money off a cruise that is not on the list, is that off any cruise?  I was told I would get another free cruise, but, I don’t know how that works - any expert on here using casino certificates?  I was talking to someone who has been on 11 free cruises using the certificate.  I know people are going to say how much did you gamble to get it, I would gamble anyway, so switching to RC means at least I get something, the other cruise companies I got nothing eg Cunard.  Thank you

Either work with a reputable, trained, Travel Agent, or call the number on the certificate.

Call the Casino Royale number listed on the certificate. If none of the sailings listed on the certificate work for you, you can use the trade-in value toward any cruise within the next 12 months. I just did that with a balcony certificate, my trade in value was $1000. I think junior suite certificates are worth a $1250 trade in (maybe more) but call and ask. You must book within 30 days of receiving the certificate.

No, no longer casino rate if doing a trade-in value on your certificate because you do not want to do one of the sailings listed on the certificate. It is whatever the current rate is, minus your trade in. They stopped doing casino rates, I think last March, or maybe even before then.

Exactly.  They didn't used to "reprice" cruises that you have already booked, but now they do.  Made our certificates worth $14 when we tried to use them toward a cruise we already had booked.
