What is the latest time you can disembark from Seaside?

In most cases they want the cabin cleared by 8:30AM to get ready for the next sailing and off of the ship by 9:30AM to 10:00AM at the latest. Rent a vehicle so you have a place for your luggage. Head over to South Beach or Mary Brickell Village in downtown Miami for a nice lunch and drop off the rental at the Miami International Airport Rental Car Center around 3:00PM. Definitely no fun spending the day at MIA waiting for a late flight.

They’ll miss their flight then as they are flying out of Fort Lauderdale

Thank you all.  I reserved a car from National at MIA and have the drop off set for FLL.  We'll just take lyft or uber to National rental car at the Miami airport when we disembark and look at some options for us to do for a half day in Miami or Fort Lauderdale before we fly home.

For things to do in Fort Lauderdale, check out www.sunny.org.  I think the most popular recommendation (by far) is the water taxi (www.watertaxi.com).  It is a combination of sightseeing excursion and transportation.  If you do use the water taxi, make sure you check out the discounts coupons for restaurants at each stop that are listed on the website.
