8 Day american table menu

I've been on many Carnival cruises, but only one 8 day and that was 15 years ago or more.  We have an 8 day on the Magic coming up next month and were wondering what the 8th day menu is.  Do they repeat another day or is there a 8th day menu that just rarely gets used?

The 8th night includes beef Wellington and cherry bing and lemon dill soup. Also a Boston creme cake. That’s all I can recall.

ohhh. I hope they have beef wellington on my 8 days. Boston creme cake sounds good too. I don't know about this lemon dill soup though.

For some reason, I can't fine the menus for an 8 day Key West and Bahamas cruise. Would like to see what they have on those ports please!

I've been on a few 8 days and dont recall it being something set, such as bed Wellington everytime. It seems to be an additional menu, but varies. I haven't cruised in 6 months, my memory is getting foggy....lol
