Booking private excursion through genie - what has been your experience?

We are thinking of booking a private snorkeling excursion through our genie on an upcoming cruise but wanted to hear others experience. Did you enjoy who they set you up with? Were they a reputable company? Any issues?

I may be wrong, but I don't think they will book anything that isn't already a Royal excursion.

Royal does have a Private Journeys program that is available to anyone willing to pay for it, but as far as setting up an excursion not officially available via Royal, I doubt the Genie would do that. We never asked our Genies so I cannot say for certain, but I am sure they can help with the Private Journeys program.

Perfect - thank you! I knew there was something, I just couldn't figure out what it might be. I will look deeper into the Private Journey Program.
