24 hour coffee/tea on JOY

Where on the Joy is an area that one can get coffee or Tea at any hour?

We have not cruise NCL for so many years.  Been loyal to Royal.  Sorry

I believe The Local is going to be the closest thing to 24/7 you'll find.  There are some times it's closed to switch menus.

Coffee maker in your room. 
 

The Local is open 24/7 for sit down dining. 
 

The Observation Lounge is open 24/7 and usually has tea bags out with hot water dispensers. (If not, grab a few tea bags and get hot water in the OL).

Room Service is always an option also.

Do they lock the doors to the buffet and restrict the use of beverage dispensers?  What time does the buffet area close?

on all of the cruises i've been on. the buffet area is always open. the beverage dispensers still works. you can sit down at a table and do whatever you want. the only thing missing is food.

 

depending on the time, they might close one side for cleaning

Thanks!  I haven't been on NCL in 16 years but the buffet is the area I always got a night time coffee or hot chocolate even though food was not available on other cruise lines.

There is no guarantee that there will be coffee in the dispenser. I would hope that they would be drained at the end of arrive and sanitized for the next morning’s breakfast.

We sailed on the Escape in October and the Casino always seemed to have coffee.
