Cruise Next Certificates?

We just got off the NCL Bliss and we purchased two Cruise Next Certificates ($500 with $250 credit so out of pocket was $250.)  They said we would be mailed the certificates but I'm wondering when they should be emailed.  I also wonder if someone messed up and we should have received some kind of paper certificate at the time of our purchase.  Can someone tell me how this is supposed to work?

No paper work generated when you purchase. You should receive an email within about 5 days of end of cruise confirming your purchase.  Also, you can log into your account on NCL.COM and under My Account, your Cruisenext certificates should be listed.

They can take a couple of days to show up on your account.

I just used mine for my alaska Cruise.  It’s in you NCl account.  
It took a few days to show up on my account.   I think I even got an email when it was credited.  
 

I got a killer deal.  Had OBC from my travel agent and all in all 500 cost me 125.00.

Never got a mail for them the times ive purchased, they show directly in my NCL account

The ship you purchased the NCC on -

at disembarking your Final Invoice should show the purchase of the Cs.

 

Logon to your MyNCL account - click on View Account -

this is where you should find them as well as any future cruise reservations.

Like everyone said, you'll get an email a few days after the cruise saying yay you bought CN now lets spend them. And they'll be in your account on ncl.com at about the same time.
