How often does NCL do the DoubleUp promotion for CruiseNext deposits?

I was told when I purchased CruiseNext certificates that I could use them anytime as long as I am booking balcony or above and at least 6 months ahead.

The current promotion for any cabin has been running since May 2019.   I did not expect it to run this long.   The single previous time it was offered  for the inside/outside cabins was over 2 years prior.    It had been offers for balcony and above for years.
