Tampa - Hotels with shuttle service to cruise port/airport

We'll be taking the Celebrity Constellation out of Tampa this December.  We're flying night before. Any know if any hotels near port have shuttles to/from airport and Tampa Cruise Port?

The hotels "near" the port will not offer airport shuttles, but the port is just a few miles from the airport.  If you stay near airport and utilize their shuttle to get to the hotel, it is very short/inexpensive taxi or Uber ride to the port.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites, Ybor/Downtown District.  They provided transportation to the port.  There's also a nice Hilton Garden Inn in the area.  You can check with them to see if they provide transport to the port, but I suspect they do.  Ybor is a nice district with restaurants and the Tampa Bay Brewing Company for some great beer.  🍷

They are both our list if we decide to drive up a day ahead...

We are only about 90 min from Tampa..guess we should decide soon. More important for us is on site hotel parking for one night...then we'd park at the port for duration of the cruise

 

When we first checked it was too early...hope now not too late!

 

Just cancelled our  pre cruise hotel res for APEX, which we have cancelled.

They do provide transportation to and from restaurants in the Ybor City and Tampa River Walk area. We did not use them for transportation to the port, but it is only about 2 miles form the hotel, so check with them as previously suggested.

I had a rental car, and the Hampton Inn did have free overnight parking.  And, yes they did provide free transportation around the area.  🍷

Several hotels in the Rocky Point area offer packages that include airport and port shuttles. Check Chase Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, etc. Or stay in the Westshore area near the airport and then use Uber/Lyft or a taxi to the port. Can fare will run about $28 and Uber will be under $20

The following hotels are within a mile of the port if you are up to walking there with suitcase in tow. Otherwise I suggest the airport area then Uber to the pier, it's a 15-20 minute ride
