I don't think Celebrity had any China sailings scheduled for July, so the first sailings they'd have would be August.  Perhaps other RCL subsidiaries had China sailings in July, so their site may be different.

The announcement was from the parent corporation RCCL.

Absolutely.  If you have a reasonable expectation that you will not be cruising with Celebrity by the expiration date of the FCC, it would be foolish to take the 25% return on your investment.

Thank you for posting your TA information regarding cancellation of cruises until 31/7,. This enabled me to delay balance payment so now I only have to retrieve deposits from Celebrity
