Morning, just got refreshment package for our Brilliance sailing. I hate too assume,

just to be clear we can ordered any coffee or cappuccino with this package?

And the food they serve there do you pay for that?

Yes to both.

The snacks they serve at cafe lattetudes are free.  I dont think I have to pay for the deserts or danishes they have in the glass case.

The refreshment package will cover any coffee that does not have alcohol in it.  Food there is included in your cruise fare.
