August Cruise - Final Payment Date Passed

I am due to cruise on 2nd August out of Southampton. I have already assumed this cruise will be cancelled although there is nothing official for now.

I have just realised my final payment date was 10 days ago. RCL have made no attempt to contact me nor take any payment and the payment option on my account is now 'greyed out'.

Anyone else experienced similar?

I didn't think Royal reached out. It's up to the individual or TA to make the payment.  You might want to call.

Do a mock booking and see if your room is showing as available.  If not, it's likely still assigned to you.If you booked directly with the cruise line, you can call them.  If not, check with your TA.

My guess is that 9 days ago RCCL cancelled your cruise and will keep your deposit because you are now in the penalty period. I hope I am wrong but the way things are going, who knows.

Thanks for the replies.  I tried a mock booking and my room is still booked out.

On my accounts I have all my documents and the ability to check-in still.

I'll give them a call. Thanks All
