Explorer - Onboard Photographers?

Recommended Posts

Sheila:  While recognizing this is NOT a Crystal Board Thread--

Just a quick comment.  Having sailed Symphony (close Sister to Serenity) in the past on several occasions, recommend you book a PH Suite, at a minimum.  Our TA (who has handled all of our Regent cruises for the past 13+ years [Thus, making this relevant to a Regent Thread, just-barely] stressed when coordinating that initial Crystal sailing not wanting to be responsible for any fall-out if we--having been spoiled by Regent and Silversea experiences--booked anything less and would be disappointed.  Not by service, or amenities, or cuisine.

But, by Suite size.  As usual, took that TA advice.  Glad we did.

Hope you have the opportunity to sail.  We are hoping a April-May 2021 Explorer (Tokyo-Vancouver, B.C.) will "go".  Have had two 2020 Regents canceled; plus this Summer's Uniworld River Boat series in France.  Major bummers.

GOARMY!

For a professional looking photo from your cruise, yes any fellow passenger or crew member will take a picture of you with the setting you want.  Then when you get home, take the photo to your local photography shop and they can crop and enlarge the photo to make it look just like a professional portrait perfect for framing.

Greetings!

We're booked on our first Regent cruise for September, 2021.  Could someone please advise if Regent  Explorer has onboard photographers?

Thanks for your help, Carla

Yes, hundreds of them - they just Don't charge fees! You'll be amazed at the number of talented, congenial folks with top-of -the line cameras that willing to take photos of/for you.

We did book the Penthouse Suite. Two weeks. Great price. Will try it.
We do have four Regent cruises booked in 2021-2022.
Someday we shall celebrate anniversaries together!
