Qcruise Posted June 17, 2020 #1 Share Posted June 17, 2020 While we had received the FCC a while ago....and incidental charges back re: beverage pkg and spa charges....the port charges finally credited our card yesterday. Now all we need to do is try to book something before December 2022. It's a shame really, this was our first time "trying out" HAL.......one day. IPB4IGO Posted June 18, 2020 #2 Share Posted June 18, 2020 When was you cruise scheduled and when was it cancelled? We are still waiting for the taxes and port charges for our June 7 cruise that HAL cancelled on 4/16.

If you have never sailed on HAL, do you have a Mariner number for the FCC to attach to? My understanding was that FCC would be tied to our Mariner numbers. HAL tends to assign one when the cruise is booked IIRC.

Rare Ready2go11 Posted June 19, 2020 #6 Share Posted June 19, 2020 FCC for my fully paid but cancelled May 2 Canada/NE cruise received via email soon after I officially filled out my preference form for the amount I thought it should be. $280 of $480 paid for port fees and charges were refunded to my credit card earlier this week. I called HAL to ask why i didn’t receive the remaining $200. The Phone rep said she could not discuss finances with me and I had to call my TA who could explain it. The phone rep did confirm how much I paid in port charges and taxes and how much of a refund I was given. 3 days later online TA has not answered my email or voicemail. Anyone else had this happen or know what is going on?
