2022 Dates?

TL;DR: when does carnival usually release their schedules?

I know things are in flux and there is not probably a good go by date. BUT...I'm trying to look at 2022 cruises to plan and dream, and Carnival hasn't released those yet.  I know they released summer 2021 in November 2019.  Should I be looking to wait until November 2020 to look for 2022?

Carnival hast started releasing the 2022 Summer Caribbean itineraries. There was an announcement by Heald a couple of weeks ago that the new itineraries would start rolling out early. Since we had two cancelled cruises, we booked the Mardi Gras for summer 2021 and will book the Horizon for 2022 (8 Day to Aruba and Curaco).

 

If you don't see the cruise you're looking for, just keep watching for it!

Carnival has released some itineraries all the way into April 2023, for a subset of their ships/ports.

 

The rest will flow as they figure out how big their fleet will be and what ports they intend to keep sailing from, I guess.

We are currently booked on the Pride in 2022. What dates and port of departure are you looking at?

But you made me go look and I did find a few interesting ones for the Caribbean.

I’m waiting for something interesting in the fall of 2022.  I might consider Hawaii if it shows up In Sept 2022.

I'm booked for mid January 2022 I did it when it came available January of this year.it was a journey cruise if it makes a difference schedule wise.it was also before the plague settled in.i keep check cruise critic to see if there are any schedule changes since I'm paid up..

I already booked the Horizon for us in October 2022.  I was really surprised to already see it up this far in advance.  Possibly just a few ships are up for that far in advance.
