Booked a Prestige cruise and didn't know how the perks unique to Prestige would work. For those like me, I recently got an email from prestigeplayers@princesscruises.com, giving me the options to pick from (airport pickup vs self parking etc.) So in summary, they contact you via email. You don't need to call the casino center (which I'd done) to find out how the heck they would pick me up drop me off etc. (some of the Prestige perks) without knowing your travel arrangements.

This is the first I've heard of it.

I sent an email to my CVP, but he hadn't gotten back to me about it.

I was also wondering How to pick our perks, like Bask vs. Trek.

and Parking vs. Pickup?  Would be nice if we KNEW procedure when we were booked.

 

Wondering if they contact you a certain amount of days out?

I booked Prestige cruise for April, and haven't gotten an email or reply yet.

Did you say When your Prestige cruise is?

Mine is on March 2nd, so a month and half ahead. They give me a week to reply. No phone number to ask questions, such as, are the packages below for one person or for everyone in my party, i.e. 2 ppl? "Select your package by completing the survey. Details about each package can be found below:

was for.  I'm beginning to think this is their TOP offer if you get over 7,000 points?

Needless to say, on my next cruise in a couple weeks.... I won't be playing over that amount, if

Is there any way to call the 888-772-6697 Casino department and not get a Kolkata India backroom?  I swear everytime i call i get someone  who fails to understand English so im stuck repeating myself 10 times and they are constantly having "system issues" which means I am unable to make my reservations and tell me to call back in 1-2 weeks... Never had these issues when the call centers were U.S. based.

 

I try to do the offers from the links from the QR codes but even though it states casino offer, it tries to charge full price, so im stuck calling....

We got an email from a regular Princess CVP (not an India casino rep) and talked to him about a casino offer we had.  He was able to book it - correctly - with all of our perks.  Give it a try.  He was not from the outsource center and was a pleasure to deal with.  I am fed  up with the clueless casino reps.

We did our prestige one in Dec. on Discovery to Hawaii. Did the Bask- the steakhouse dinner was fabulous, a round table about 12 of us, with the host & also the casino manager. Real nice wines & great conversation. I emailed back the host to make sure it was for both of us,(it is for 2 people) & she emailed back -"of course". I don't do spa, so my hubs was able to use mine as well, up to $300.

I just finished 14 days on the Sky Princess and I also got that same come back offer for a free balcony and $600 freeplay. I had a low jackpot each week (1300 & 1250). The points don't carry over from the first week. Second week I ended with 11,000 points. I will try NOT to spend so much on my next cruise!!

Thats what were doing too, Playing LESS next few cruises we have booked.

Because theres No incentive to play, if thats all youre going to get?

Its like Come Back and Play offers are topped out for all of us, No matter how many points you get!

 

I have Not booked ANY cruises weve gotten lately  because they didn't include Plus Perks. 

(I have a comp casino cruise very soon, with ALL the Perks, but it was from an offer last year.)

Like I said before, we have no plans to go over 7,000 points, cuz Points won't matter.

 

Yesterday, I got a new Prestige offer that includes all the bells and whistles.

THAT I will book. 

Not all the others.... Because if it doesn't include Perks that you are used to, for your level of play?

Looks like the minimum qualifiying offer is Interior with $250 FP, which is what I got as Come back & Play offer. 4 nights cruise, average 30-45mn/night, average $150/hand on BJ.

I am not gonna book that offer, not really worth it. I think Princess wants me to gamble a couple hours every night to give me free balcony.

And have longer cruises. We generally gamble several hours a night a night on 14-22 day cruises

Well, we play alot more than that, but it the same kind of thing....

 

My past few Come Back & Play offers have topped out at

Balcony & $600 FP.  No matter how many points you play over 7,000 points.🤔

 

We just got back from a 10 day cruise, and got that SAME (lame) Come Back & Play offer. (Balc & 600 FP, Nothing else, No Plus perks etc)

 

Needless to say, Not going to book it....

I played less this trip, cuz we Knew thats all were gonna get.

Thanks Cal...I frustratingly reached out to Princess a few days ago, 5 transfers later I was told that instead of being contacted 30 days out to choose a parking option, it has changed to 20 days out.  So I guess it's a true waiting game!  I'll post when I hear from them.  Have a good night

I don't have a prestige offer BUT the offer that just came in my USPS mail is for an inside cabin with only $300 freeplay. Why I am considering using this offer is because it can be up to a 20 day cruise sailing before !/30/26. My come back offers have been for balconies but only 15 day cruise with $600 freeplay. No plus package. I have a 20 day Norwegian fjords,Denmark and Sweden cruise in 5/2025 on my "wish" list.....just contemplating if this will be the best possibility. I probably would pay to upgrade to a balcony.I have until May10,2024 to book this offer. .

While I agree that offers have gone down especially for free play and plus packages. However I have always had to pay to upgrade to full suites

Back from a 7-night with Sky. Interior with $250 FP for CBS. Average one hour/night, average $200/hand on BJ. not booking, the offers are getting kinda stupid. Why even bother offering em?

BTW, sky is such a disappointment from almost every aspect but the food quality (not variety).
