not happy with club royale

Recommended Posts

nothing in life is free.yeah maybe we paid tax and port fees for our November cruise but we earned that certificate. we blew a lot of money in the casino. we booked hotel and flights to get to Newark and when we called to move our cruise to next year there giving us a hard time.really disappointed in Royal Caribbean right now. They need to understand that some of us have to fly into port we all don't live in Florida! I am not switching my 8 night cruise to a 3 night cruise this is ridiculous! Royal knows they wont be cruising in December either so why do they keep stringing us along.

Is this your annual free cruise, a certificate, or a comp offer from ClubRoyaleOffers?

They all have different rules

Yes, people are reporting that they are being told they can only move to Navigator and Mariner for January and February. I was hoping to move my cruise to March.

I was hoping to win Powerball😉

It didn't happen😪

Someone out of Galveston said majesty in jan or feb offered. They live a hour from Galveston. Maybe a typo but they said majesty offered.

I know one of the casino junket companies has been getting players booked on the Adventure out of Galveston for December cruises. I think Navigator and Mariner out of Florida are a "better gamble". At least for the re-start of cruising.

I have not gotten one offer for January or February, but a lot from April through September. Since my November cruise on Harmony was canceled, I put two short cruise offers together and booked Mariner BTB.
