I’ve tweeted P&o and they have said you cannot transfer any FCC as it would not be protected under ABTA, so I screenshot the email from last year saying that you can to see what they say but I have had no response yet. 
 

if it’s still a no can you instead book your cabin and book additional cabins for your family in your name and pay for them yourself. Is that the loophole I need?
