Accessing cruise doc's?

Morning, so my problem is accessing my documents to review everything.

When I put my reservation number in, it states it should be 9 digits, I have 6

on one reservation 7 on another. How do I find the 9 they are looking for?

And how do I look at all the paperwork? Besides going into my email.

The numbers you have may be from the TA system - you'll need to ask the TA or call RCI for RCI's booking numbers.

I booked online, so they are RCC.

I'd check my email first for the reservation #. That's what I had to do.

I looked at my confirmation emails as well and reservation numbers are only 7 digits.  Hmm!

My latest reservation that I made has 7 numbers. For certain things that I have tried to do on the website it has worked. For other things I have had to add zeros in front to bring it up to nine. I know I had to do than when I used the electronic form to ask for my shareholder OBC.

All the info about your reservation is limited to what you get in the e-mail.

Reservation email number matches online numbers.......It's frustrating to have to

call and have them punch in same info, just to hear it worked for them....
