Rare uktog Posted November 23, 2020 #1 Share Posted November 23, 2020 No guessing on this thread, I am suggesting a thread of something that amused you or really captured your imagination when ashore from an Azamara cruise. So to start with, I often show people this picture from Crawford Market in Mumbai. It was our very first visit to India and the first day of it - so my mind was buzzing with all we saw. But the randomness of what one guy sold next to the semi orderliness of the car door shop next door really got me, did he ever sell anything, what had made his buy the items to resell...................... Do you have other fun photos to let us enjoy in the coming weeks
Riocca Posted November 23, 2020 #2 Share Posted November 23, 2020 Good idea, any excuse to look back through our cruise photos. Sticking to the Mumbai theme always found this one amusing: On the other hand this was the an unusual sight on our sail away from Sibenik in 2018. Hopefully no one is easily offended. 2

Apparently, as the last cruise ship leaves Skagway, Alaska every year, the residents line up on the dock and moon the passengers. Anyone have a photo of that?! Anyone have a photo of that?! It is true. We witnessed it on Celebrity Century a good number of years back. I do have photographs (somewhere) however the light was so poor they probably would be hard to share. It was bizarre, the gates to the quayside were locked, and once the ship pulled away they were opened and around 30 locals ran to where the ship was berthed and mooned. On the deck (we were on) around 15-20 passengers who knew about the mooning waited with cameras at the ready.

He could not stir the far side from where he stood, he had to turn the pan or walk around it.
