Rare Vict0riann Posted December 10, 2020 #76 Share Posted December 10, 2020 I'm very late, I did read the thread earlier, but got busy in the house. @kazu, Jacqui, hope the oral surgery goes smoothly. No fun! I went to the ophthalmologist yesterday; got good news, I don't need cataract surgery, as long as I can see those cobwebs hanging from the ceiling! The iridotomies are still open and doing a good job draining, so I don't have to worry about glaucoma, just have to get checked every year. Well, the vaccine is due to arrive in BC next week, not yet to the Island, though. But our cases were down to 5, so that is great, we had been up in the teens. Thanks, Rich and Roy for our daily get together!

That is really good news, Ann 🙂 Just look at the cobwebs - you don’t need to deal with them all at a once 😉 Thanks so much to you and everyone for the kind wishes for tomorrow. I won’t say I’m not nervous but it has to be done so as much as I detest the dentist (think nausea before you go), I have a lot of faith in my periodontist and the other specialist. 🤞 and thanks again so much everyone for the kind thoughts. I really, really appreciate it.
cruzn single Posted December 10, 2020 #78 Share Posted December 10, 2020 Best wishes for successful dental surgery! Had that many years ago, and the "anesthetic" threw me for a loop! Thank goodness for my wonderful DH! I echo others, and think that Frankie would be a great name for such gorgeous "Blue Eyes!"
