Sad news, I bet the travel agency is NZ who chartered the vessel has lost muchas NZD and the passengers who booked paying big money. Ponant will want plenty for bringing the vessel into NZ. They will probably sue NZ Govt now.

 

So David, do you know where the vessel is currently?

I don’t know where it is at the moment , but the thing that gets me is the complicated web of who actually runs the cruise .Ponant own the ship and it would appear they then lease to others who make up and sell cruises .Great when all is going well but if cancelled who gets what.?
