We are booked on the Allure for Nov.27/2022.  We didn't choose it for the ports of call, as we have been to them all several times.  Just want the experience of the 

ship and also we can drive to the port.

Pretty sure you can catch a non-stop to Orlando via Hobby on SW.  

You could always jump on the Adventure for a few days.
