Hot Streak Bonus

I have been sent a "Hot streak bonus" promotion from Carnival. Free suite, $1,000 in fun play and free drinks anywhere on board the ship.  As I am travelling with my husband, can he purchase the "Cheers" Package (and not me)?  Any other pointers or suggestions would be helpful.

We booked a deal (Jackpot Deal) but was $200 balcony for 8 night with $200 OBC & free drinks everywhere on ship. I emailed casino dept. and asked if just free drinks for husband or both of us. They wrote back and said "Drinks on us card for drinks anywhere on ship" for him only. I don't know about buying Cheers package for me. Maybe email them? It only took 1 day for answer. Nice deal you got!

I have tried to find a number to call the Casino Dept but have not located one yet.

If you just call the regular number and say its questions about a Casino offer they will transfer you to the Casino dept

Great offer my Hot streak was only for up to 200 OBC. But i did get the free drinks but only in Casino

Me too. Just like the mysterious RU2 code for Cheers where all I get is the useless RU9, I always read about casino offers for Drinks on Us on the entire ship but can never seem to get one of those offers either.

Those offers that include drinks anywhere are usually Elite offers and only go the the big gamblers.

The Casino Dept does not take phone calls except for their elite gamblers.  If your offer does not specify "you and one guest" get the DOU card, yes, if they get the CHEERS, you will need to get one also.

Well thats strange because all my cruises are casino offers and when i phone carnival to do a change or ask a question they say "one second i have to transfer you to the Casino dept as this is a Casino booking"  and i am as far away from the category of "elite gambler" as you can get lol.

When i booked our Sept 2021 sailing my PVP said that both of us (the DW and I) had the offer so we would both get the card on day 1. Is this not so. One of us would need to purchase CHEERS ?

If you both have the offer you should both get it. I always take a screen shot or copy of the offer to be safe. Just go to the casino cage when you get on and they should hook you up.

As far as Cheers, you would both need to purchase if you go that way. However, some I know have been able to buy once on the ship for one person but I wouldn't count on it.

If you click on the Terms and Conditions link, it should provide you with the info - mine shows it is for 1st and 2nd guest.

That is for the rate, not the DOU offer. I think you will find that the DOU offer is for you only on that one. image.png.120f6b63e363cff4689b9c4595fd6949.png

Thank you for the info. Believe we will just stick with the free drinks at Casino deal as we have the 600 OBC where going to have to spend down. Special Dining, (but we do enjoy the MDR and the wait staff) pixel photo deal, Clam Chowder at the shack, Not a Star Bucks coffee fan, and drinks !! Plan is to spend it all

I am in the same category (suite and $1000) and while I am not booking anything now so I can not say for sure, in the past the second person in the room is ALWAYS given the same drink offer I am given. Whether that be free drinks in the casino or free drinks anywhere on the boat...whatever I got, my companion also got.

I would bet you anything that your companion will get free drinks and if not, if you ask the casino host, it will done happily.  Ask and you shall receive
