The reason this was unanswered is because this forum was locked in March and there was no way I nor anyone else could answer the OP.

 

As of today, June 22, 2021, this forum was re-opened.

You should only insure prepaid, non-refundable trip costs. If a trip cost is refundable, there's no benefit to include it in your trip cost.
