Celebrity Cruises Price Promise Uk & Irl

Hi.  Our 2022 South America cruise price has dropped since we booked.  I have tried calling the the number (1800 555600) on the Ireland & Uk website to ask about there price promise promotion.  Every time I tried for the last 2 weeks I got  an engaged tone.  Anyone have else have better luck?

In the past I’ve been told that the Price Promise is not in UK T&C.

I got tru today on the number above and because I booked tru a travel agent I need to go tru them.  I'm going to get in touch with the travel agent next week

Looking at the spelling that's from a USA site, I wonder if it's the same for the UK....

I did confirm with Celebrity that this applied to my booking. I took a photo in case it was changed at a later date!

One of the "perks" I got when booking on board was that we got the price promise also, so it can happen in UK. I have used it once already.

Definitely the UK site. Just click on Cruise with Confidence on the front page - and there it is, American spelling and all!!!

Wow so it is but......................ours are not till later so let's hope they continue it, it might be just be for booking through them we booked with an agent.

 

BOOK BY 31 MAY 2021

While they have been consistently moving the "book by" date from August 2020 to now the end of May 2021 there has been no change in the covered sailings.   It's stayed sailings up to May 4, 2022 without change.
