Cruise Planner Purchases - RCCL cancels cruise?

Hi all -

 

When RCCL cancels cruises due to covid, do cruise planner purchases get rolled into FCC or are they refunded to the card used to purchase?

In the past cruise planner purchases were allowed 125% obc, but I dont know if they are still doing this. You had to ask for it by a certain date.

 

They are never rolled into your fcc.

If you do nothing it will default to a refund to the original purchase method.  You will also have tho option to roll them into a 125% OBC.  To take advantage of the 125% OBC you need to opt in by a certain date usually 2 weeks from the date the cruise was cancelled by Royal)
