abpplh Posted April 12, 2021 #1 Share Posted April 12, 2021 Hi all - When RCCL cancels cruises due to covid, do cruise planner purchases get rolled into FCC or are they refunded to the card used to purchase? TIA!
firefly333 Posted April 12, 2021 #2 Share Posted April 12, 2021 (edited) In the past cruise planner purchases were allowed 125% obc, but I dont know if they are still doing this. You had to ask for it by a certain date. They are never rolled into your fcc. Edited April 12, 2021 by firefly333 Past not last.spellcheck

SilkySal Posted April 12, 2021 #4 Share Posted April 12, 2021 All of our cruise planner purchases were refunded to the original form of purchase (credit card) in a timely manner.

TIA! If you do nothing it will default to a refund to the original purchase method. You will also have tho option to roll them into a 125% OBC. To take advantage of the 125% OBC you need to opt in by a certain date usually 2 weeks from the date the cruise was cancelled by Royal)
