I did a quick search, looks like there are cameras, but they’re not online right now.

Guess they were trying to save dollars anywhere that they could!

Hey, we can start a GO FUND ME page for the Mardi Gras bridge cam - LOL

They said 1800 but it is 1518 Zulu. I guess I'm wrong because I thought Barcelona was Zulu. MyBad.

Zulu is GMT, and is not impacted by Daylight Savings Time.

Barcelona, Central European Time, would observe DST right now, and is currently GMT+2.

I know that. I thought Barcelona was in zulu time zone. Thanks!

My favorite "messed up" time zone was in Afghanistan - it was 9-1/2 hours different than Eastern. In retrospect, it seems appropriate - as they're not totally in sync with (much of) the rest of the world!

There are a few places where timezones are off by 15 min from the hour compared to GMT.  Mostly small islands (Chatham Islands) or small countries (Nepal), or small somewhat isolated areas of bigger countries (Eucla in Australia).

And of course every Canadian is aware of Newfoundland time (an extra 30 min ahead of Atlantic Time).
