voljeep Posted May 13, 2021 #1 Share Posted May 13, 2021 Ft Lauderdale Webcam - A Port Everglades and Fort Lauderdale Web Cam as is the Celebrity Equinox today ... (5/13/21) What a difference a week makes. I'm speculating, of course , that last week, the crew was looking forward to this re-supply and maybe even getting vaccinated, "KNOWING" that in a few ( 6-8 weeks or so ) that passengers would finally be boarding 'their' ship again, and maybe even additional crew coming aboard. Not sure how much advance notice the crew got about this current announcement regarding the current delay, until now the end of August - at least least for the CB. What a disappointment that must have been ... hope they are handling it the best they can ... Side Note: - now most of this is from memory - 2 years ago, 5/13/19 - we were waking up in Fort Lauderdale at the Hilton Marina, looking out at PE waiting for the CB to arrive tomorrow ( 5/14/19 ) for our little 4 day cruise - and as I remember, this was the first cruise after the 'drydock/wetdock' for some kind on engine work. caribill Posted May 14, 2021 #3 Share Posted May 14, 2021 I suspect the ship still has just a skeleton crew. I have not read anywhere that Princess has fully crewed a ship.
