I had a couple of opportunities tonight to come out ahead for the trip and had a hard time leaving the table. At one point I got all the way down to $6 and I built that back up to over 200. Then lost a lot. Then got some back. In the end I’m going to come out down 90 on the trip which isn’t bad for all of the entertainment I got and there are some dealer tips that would knock that way down.

It’s the most ridiculous casino though. First there’s the tax thing. Then tonight. Like randomly an hour ago he got on this thing that you have to wear a mask at the table. Haven’t had to do that all week.

The ac is horrible. Worse tonight. We were sweating in there. I think that’s why they use the door open.

they do random table fills that make no sense. At one point tonight they did a $5 table fill. One red chip. Then like 30 minutes later they did one black chip. Nobody had taken a black off of the table but they had to put one on…just one. Weird.

This situation is why I instituted my process of removing chips from the table when I get ahead. Even if it is a $5 chip, I try to do that at least until I get the money I started the table with. It's saved me lots of times, and has an added benefit (at least on the ship). The Boss sees that I lost all my money when I finally say goodnight, but I go over to the Cashier and cash out my stashed chips. Then I use that cash to buy in the next night. They assume it's 'new' money coming into the game. When you bring chips back, they don't treat it as new money invested.

The only time it’s ever worked with me was when I had a girlfriend sitting there putting the black chips in her purse.

My check in agent is a real stickler. She made me go to the immigration office and get my form restamped because it wasn’t clear enough. She complained about some of my blank passport pages having folded corners.

Got in the same situation as last time where everyone gets to the security line entrance and they want a health questionnaire nobody told anyone about. And now they won’t give you the paper copy you have to use the QR code. It’s chaos. And everyone is upset.
