Managing Your Vacation on Celebrity's Website

Hello! We booked a 2022 cruise through a travel agent and since we are close to one year out I wanted to view the vacation. I was able to add my reservation to my account and I can see things like my onboard credit that's available. According to my invoice we should have the Premium Drink Package, however, when I go into Manage My Vacation to look at things like excursions, dining, etc. it is giving me the option to purchase the classic or premium drink package for $59 and $69/pp/pd. Is that just a glitch or should I be concerned that I might not have the Premium Drink Package?

Neither.  It's not a glitch as it apparently happens to everyone.  It's also nothing to be concerned about.  Your invoice rules in such matters, in my experience.  I'm in suites on several of my next cruises but am still given the option of buying a drink pkg, even though premium is included.  The software and the website have their issues.

The beverage package does not  normally show in the Planner until very close to sailing, within 90 days.   Same for Wi-fi.  As long as they are showing on you booking confirmation your good.

When they do get reflected on your Cruise Planner  it will be under Order History.

Maddie, we are doing our first sailing with X in March 2022.  I was on the website last night and the Manage My Vacation was showing $9/per day/person upcharge available to get the drinks and more package.  However, when I went to book it, it would take for DH, but not for me and said I needed the Premium package.  When I looked under FAQs on the website, it indicated that if you booked The Retreat (yes) after November 17, 2020 (yes), it included the "indulge" pkg, which has Premium bvg pkg.  So, I called and it was taken care of.....got the drinks and more pkg for $9/pp/pday....which came out to less than the credit that you get in the casino!  I LOVE a deal!

Moral of the story:  if the website doesn't make sense, call them!

I was asking myself what are "heart-hose steel drums?"  Then I figured it out.  😆

IMO, dealing with Celebrity website and App is very frustrating. When I open the App on my IPhone, the options are only a subset of what is shown on the iPad version.
And when I use the website, I don’t see any connecting reservations, which I had on the previous cancelled cruise. Our TA assured us we are connected. It has the wrong dining option.
It would also be nice to see all onboard credit somewhere. My invoice shows what the TA and Celebrity has provided, but no way to see OBC from Visa CC or shareholder credit.

FYI - I have used Celebrity, MSC and NCL sites this past month. They all are the same. Very frustrating!

However,  better than what we had years ago. LOL

STAY SAFE n HAPPY CRUISING!
