Mens wear for Q.Elizabeth ( Cunard)

On cruise 6th August.

 

1) can men wear dress shorts ( knee length style smart) lunchtime main dining room.

Along with short sleeved t shirt.

 

Or is this a no ...no ? 

 

 

2) on NON  gala nights - of which there is 2 Gala nights 

Can men wear trousers - jacket and shirt 

But NO TIE ? 

Or is tie required ? 

 

3) can we carry on 6 pack of bottle water for cabin

Golfing type shorts with long socks is permissible.

Ties are not mandatory on non Gala nights.

Bring on as much liquor and soft drinks as you want.

1. I've often seen it, particularly in the Med.

 

2. Tie not required, but many wear them.

 

3. Carry on what you like. Cunard are very laid back about this.

Look at the Cunard web site and you'll see shorts are fine around the ship. No socks required but a decent shorts length is in keeping. Leave the Daisy Dukes in the cabin.

Shorts are fine,  with what ever you want on your feet

T shirt fine,

Tie optional , shirt means real shirt not polo shirt
