Evolving Health Requirements

My dh and I are sailing on the Edge July 24 and we got an updated email this morning.  It sounds to me as if they are only accepting unvaccinated children under 16, not adults.  They have removed any mention of adults paying for testing or wearing masks.  This is the relevant part of the e-mail.  What does it look like to you?

VACCINATION POLICY
Following CDC guidelines we will sail with all crew vaccinated and at least 95% of guests will be fully vaccinated.
All guests 16 years and older must be fully vaccinated with all COVID-19 vaccine doses administered at least 14 days prior to sailing. As of August 1, 2021, all guests age 12 and older must be fully vaccinated.

There are different caveats on Celebrity's web page depending on both the port of departure and the cruise destination, including testing requirements for unvaccinated. And requirements for non-US residents.

Unfortunately, Celebrity has done a very good job of taking what was once very clear requirements and guidance, failed to proofread or check for consistency, and confused a lot of people. And the excerpts generally haven't told a full story.

Keep scrolling. The box below what you copied is what currently applies to Florida (Edge/Equinox) sailings.

FOR SAILINGS FROM FLORIDA
Guests over 16 years old (over 12 for any sailing on or after August 1st) who decline or are unable to show proof of vaccination at boarding will be treated as unvaccinated and subject to additional protocols, restrictions, and costs for COVID-19 testing.
Additional requirements for unvaccinated guests 16 + :
You will need to arrive for embarkation with a negative PCR test taken within 3 days in advance of arrival to the terminal.
You will be subject to a Covid-19 test at the pier.
A mid cruise antigen test onboard will be required.
An antigen test will be required at the end of the cruise. Please do not make early travel plans on the day of debarkation to allow time for the required testing process.
The per person cost for these antigen tests is $178 and will be applied to your onboard folio.
Masks will be required at all times onboard except while eating or drinking.
Depending on local government requirements, unvaccinated guests may be restricted from going ashore.
Unvaccinated guests will have designated seating areas in some venues such as the dining rooms, casino, theatre, etc.

They have also cleaned up the website quite a bit with the following two links

Totally possible they have already confirmed all adults on the ship will be vaccinated so the unvaccinated adult rules do not apply. Out of the 3 sailings so far I believe only the 7/3 cruise was the only one to have unvaccinated adults.

That may be the reason.  It will be interesting if I get the same email for the July 31st cruise.
