And I’m sitting here thinking.....”so the passengers have to put bacon on their cruise calendars to keep track of it?”

That would be the weirdest thing....keeping track of what day haha

They could add it to the day of the week piece of carpet in the elevators.  Those that only use the stairs don't eat bacon.

That’s a backwards way of describing pork belly.  It’s like saying milk is cheese that hasn’t been curdled, strained, salted and shaped.

Actually, this is the "backwards" way of describing pork belly: Krop ylleb si derucnu, nu-dekoms dna nu-decils nocab.

Lol then might as well just tip the server for getting you some bacon from the galley

Awww . . . where's the sport in that?

A curling iron works even better.  Just don't use it on your hair afterwards.

I knew you were smart!  That's some good thinkin' right there.

Bacon is the perfect food.  How do you make a steak better... Bacon wrapped steak.  How do you make shrimp better... Bacon wrapped shrimp.  How do you make Brussel sprouts edible?  Saute them in bacon.  Bacon makes everything better!

I can only think of one instance where bacon cannot make a food edible, and that's kale. That is, unless it's cooked with a ratio of 95% bacon to kale.

As near as I can tell kale is not edible.  BTW, sorry about the multiple posting.  Not sure what went wrong with that.  Emotions regarding bacon are obviously running high though.  No cruise line wishing to remain in business should mess with the bacon (or rum) supply.

I have not eaten Kale.  Thanks for the heads up, I will avoid it.

Should you change your mind, don't use bacon fat to cook kale. Intead, use something like canola oil in your skillet. It makes it easier to scrape into the trash.

I don’t know, the grease might work as very good natural conditioner and sun protection for the hair 🤣
