Harry Peterson Posted September 7, 2021 #3 Share Posted September 7, 2021 Wasn't these was it - they're amongst the best, if not the best: https://bootlegbeatles.com/
magsuk Posted September 7, 2021 #4 Share Posted September 7, 2021 I think they're known as "Just John & Paul", we saw them a few years back. I believe they have a Facebook page too.
yorkshirephil Posted September 7, 2021 #5 Share Posted September 7, 2021 We have seen Bootleg Beatles a couple of times on P&O. We have also seen The Cheatles, but not sure if that was P&O.
Rare posford Posted September 7, 2021 #6 Share Posted September 7, 2021 Hi All. I read the threads every day for interest but very unusually commenting. we have done 40 P & O cruises and the best Beatles tribute we have seen is the Beatles Experience. They are great. The guy playing Paul McCartney can play guitar left and right hand brilliantly and plays Hey Jude on the piano to perfection. In fact they are so popular that they fill the theatre, with people standing, every time. we have seen other acts but none as good.
Rare posford Posted September 7, 2021 #7 Share Posted September 7, 2021 Talking of tribute acts. We love them. Elton John, very good. Adele excellent, though don’t know how she will get on as the real thing is now only a shadow of her former self 😁 Take that, very good, though there are 4 of them and one will have to go.😂 Kenny Rogers, the very best but now on a successful tour with a Dolly Parton act. Freddie Mercury, also very good. Lulu and Dusty Springfield, same lady but very good. In fact their are others that are very good. As an aside, I have a photo of me sitting outside of a bar in Vigo with Kenny Rogers, Freddie Mercury and Elton John sitting behind me. Not quite the real thing but hay ho.

We have seen them as well. Edited September 7, 2021 by tring
kalos Posted September 8, 2021 #9 Share Posted September 8, 2021 My wife's worried about my obsession to complete my collection of Beatles records. "You need help," she said. "No I don't... I've already got that one."
