Unable to get thru to CELEBRITY…….

I usually book with AC but the west jet flight for my upcoming cruise was direct and cheaper. My scheduled call back time was within 4 days of my original call and they send details to your phone plus a text message reminder.  The callback was right on the minute.  Agent said if I have to cancel credit good for 24 months.

Seems they've improved their system...Now if they would only refund instead of a credit.  I requested one from them twice online and a month later still haven't rec'd a confirmation they've received it. I'll eventually use it...good until 2023.  Just a pain not being able to talk this through.  Apparently they're hiring back pilots and staff slowly so can't open up SOME routes.

I called and got through at 7:50 am yesterday. The agent was difficult to understand and there was lots of background noise. Then you wouldn’t believe it,  I heard roosters crowing!
 The agent admitted this. They are mostly working from home. The connection was  really  terrible but she was able to answer my questions.

Others times, we have waited over an hour for an agent.

I also called early one morning and got a really nice girl from Montego Bay Jamaica. Very helpful answered all my questions fully. Really knew her marketing material.
