Yes they do, I used that on Wednesday night to change a return flight.  Problem is I fell asleep when they called me back and never heard the phone ring... zzzzzzzz

I've never been given the prompt to request a call back. What key pad number do you use to request it?

LOL I have no idea, when the prompt came I selected it.  The return call came about 45 minutes later, as I missed the call, I called back yesterday morning and was able to make the change on a call, maybe 10 or so minutes on hold.

Never mind, I just called Jetblue again and now I was given the option to request a call back as my estimated wait time is 120 minutes. Wasn't given the call back option a couple days ago. Thanks.

I had 4 , 30 minute calls this week to make a simple change. 
 

Every agent I had spoken to either deleted OBC or got the deposit paid wrong. Last one finally corrected all.

 

No reply to any email in the past two weeks. No response to two posts on Twitter either. 

 

Id have to say Celebrity has among the worst customer support I have ever dealt with, in my experience.

 

It has become worse.

 

I hope the onboard experience hasn’t deteriorated proportionally.

I always say that the onboard experience is why I book!  My TA is exceptional and the big box company only caused me pain and stress, albeit their prices could be attractive with OBC.  However, their non-customer service was so poor.  My TA is so worth not dealing with the big box ever again!

I called 2x last week, one hold time was 18 minutes another was approx 15 mins, same as you was for an late 2022 cruise, just wanted the discount offer

All the more reasons to call Celebrity. I wouldn't wait and worth the piece of mind getting an issue resolved. Somethings are worth waiting for.

A day or two ago I just e-mailed my TA to get the 20% promo.  It took me all of 10 seconds.  My TA did the leg work and sent me the invoice the next morning with the savings.  It does not get any easier than that.

After reading all this re TA's and poor X reps, I have to say....I'll defend my X rep.....no problem at all reaching her by email.  I don't expect an answer immediately.  But I did get same day service reply by email and our 20% deduction confirmed booking.  They are very busy keeping up by phone so emailing works best for me.

I def do not doubt folks have had the wait times they have shared, but honestly in all of my calls to Celebrity, the longest wait time I have evr had was 18 minutes, and they are ALWAYS so nice

An update....I got a response today to my email from last Thursday.   They did address all my questions and took all the actions I requested.    Slow and painful but they did complete my actions.    I'd be very frustrated if my needs were urgent.

i emailed blue chip yesterday just to find out how many points i earned in the casino for my cruise 2 weeks ago.

lets see how long it takes for them to respond

Yes, about 3 hrs. was the longest. I quite forgot I was on hold, but I was not hanging up. I went about doing my chores. Rep said it has been like this recently. She did what I requested and was very patient.

A couple of rare times the hold was just 10 or 20 minutes. And once I got the chat option.

I sat on hold for an hour yesterday and today. I'll try again after the sale.
