Complimentary cruise???

Recommended Posts

So I get home from work and there is a large postcard with this offer from Casino Royale.  It list several ship, all 3-5 days thought the end of the year.  Fine print has a few specific sailing that it doesn't apply to.  It's valid for one inside cabin for 2.  My question is, has anyone received this before, and what's the catch?

Yes……no catch….. just pick out the one that works for you and call the casino to book it

You can book for 2 people before the expiration date of the offer.  You have the option to book for cabin type shown on your offer or upgrade at the casino rate, which can be very reasonable.

You do have to pay port fees and taxes and any cabin upgrade fee at time of booking.

We have be getting at least one offer per week lately.  We never had that many offers before, I assume it's due to low booking numbers. We booked two of these offers, but most of these offers expire too soon and/or conflict with our schedules to use any more of them.   I doubt we will be getting many more of these offers next year when we will be looking for them.

I have taken advantage of these type offers three or four times in the past.  Yes, you have to pay the taxes and port fees, but it is still a great deal.  If I was retired I would be sailing these offers three/four times a year.  When I sail with the wife we always upgrade to a balcony, for an extra 200 or so.  I have also gotten these deals from NCL and Carnival.  The best part is that you don't have to lose to get these offers, it is based on your play, win or lose.

Whenever I cruise on a new line, the first night in the casino I immediately join their casino loyalty program.

There is no catch. The inside room is you for a couple of hundred dollars in port fees and taxes.

If you want to upgrade to a balcony, you can inquire about the price to do so. It's a great deal. Make sure to provide your sea pass card any time you are gambling in the casino and your next cruise may be free too.

I got one after my Oasis sailing of Sept. 5.  Called and utilized it.  Booked a 5 day balcony cabin on Mariner for Dec. 5th from Port Canaveral  .  It  was crazy pricing, as my free interior was more expensive by $14 than my upgrade to balcony cabin.

No catch! Got the same postcard. Called. Booked. Sailing in 10 days!
